Old Farm is a traditional stone-built Somerset farm house, built in the 1580's, set in a quiet village, less than 5 minutes' walk to the village pub. 10 miles to Bath & West Show Ground and 8 miles to Wells Which? described Wells as a “compact but perfectly formed gem.” We are also within 3-4 miles of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a great area for walks, cycling and traditional pubs. Cosy cottage in the heart of the village.

A cosy, stone built, terrace cottage in the heart of Timsbury - a perfect hideaway for 2. Freshly painted through out (spring 2024). The local co-op and pub are 5 minutes walk along the lane. A memorial garden at the top of the lane allows you to take a seat in the fresh air. The tiny chip shop can provide your dinner - highly recommended, and a brand new cafe ‘The Square’ are less than a minutes walk. Plenty of country walks on your doorstep and the world heritage City of Bath is only 6 miles.

The accommodation we are offering is a timber clad self catering apartment set within our grounds with secure parking. On a bus route (temporarily suspended on week ends) and perfectly located for Bath(6 miles to centre) Cheddar Gorge and Wells etc in the heart of the Mendips. Ideal for guests attending the wedding locations at Priston Mill, Radford and Camerton. The Pigsty

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. Great footpaths to explore the countryside, you need a car to make the most of your stay. Maximum of two guests Check in from 4pm

The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

The Coach House between Bath & Wells

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.

Stylish Detached 1 Bedroom Annexe (sleeps 2)

A newly built, stylish detached 1 bedroom annexe situated close to the high street within easy walking distance of a variety of shops, amenities and regular public transport to Bath, Bristol, Wells and Frome. The town of Glastonbury and the festival is a 25min drive away also ideal location for Vobster Quay Diving Centre. The property is situated near the Norton Radstock Greenway which provides a traffic free route between Midsomer Norton and Radstock.

The Engine House near Bath

The Engine House offers self catering accommodation on the outskirts of Bath at Withy Mills Farm. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, The Engine House enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. The Engine House will suit couples looking for a romantic hideaway. Snuggle up for a cosy evening with a log fire. Unfortunately The Engine House is not suitable for small children.
