With the Cherokee National Forest for a backdrop this two bedroom, one bathroom 1934 cottage has amazing views and is located in the Houston Valley area of Greene County, Tennessee. A great location, convenient to historic downtown Greeneville, shopping, banking and fast food restaurants and only 25 miles from Hot Springs. Asheville is only an hour away. There is also trail access minutes away for hiking, biking and trail riding. Enjoy horseback riding at Meadow Creek Stables 8 miles away.

Relax at this peaceful place nestled next door to a tree farm. The views from the windows and covered carport patio are lovely. Gas grill is provided for your use. King bedroom and bedroom with two twin antique beds. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals. A comfortable living room with electric dual recliner couch and rocker allow comfort to view the outdoors or watch TV. Home has Wi-fi, two bathrooms, outdoor seating area. This downtown historical home was built in 1890. The home is less than a mile away from Andrew Johnson’s home and National Cemetery and many churches. The home would be perfect for wedding parties to stay. Also, the home has its own salon for wedding hairdos. Bring your hairdressers or we might be able to find one. Also less than a mile away is NPAC and the Capital Theater. The home includes modern updates. Also includes she shed.

Capstone Lodge, Nature Cabin

The guest house is a Cabin-style House (1600 square feet) in a rural setting. It is located at road-side with 19 acres of forest across the street for privacy. There are no close neighbors except for us; we live up on the hill. The two homes are situated on 28 acres of rolling hills.
