Our Starlit Studio is the perfect place to rest after a long drive or a tiring day at work. It's a small town atmosphere but within walking distance of 2 restaurants a grocery store and convenience store. It's only 12 miles to Statesboro Ga. the home of GSU. You will enjoy our Queen size bed in the upper loft area or (if you don't do stairs) there's a daybed with trundle to just relax and watch your favorite show on the 43" smart tv. The full size bathroom is on bottom floor. Unit is 624 sq ft

Welcome to our cozy studio Apartment located in Rincon, Ga! This comfy space is perfect for a single travler or a couple coming in to visit family. You will have your own private entrance as well as free parking. The Birddog Bungalow

Charming studio guesthouse in a quiet small town just a 30 minute drive to the Famous Masters Golf Course in Augusta GA. Fully equipped kitchenette with all your cooking necessities. To include full size microwave/fridge and Electric Stove top. Plush king-size bed Open-concept living, office with large desk, kitchen area and private bathroom Expansive deck with a large inground seasonal pool Outdoor dining area with a gas grill and smoker. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

Quiet country home located minutes from GSU campus

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. Old Hardy Place home is situated on a pecan tree lined dirt road only 10 minutes from Statesboro and Georgia Southern University campus. 1 hour to Savannah and 1.5 hours to Augusta master’s. Also known as Oma’s, this house can comfortably sleep 5 people (additional charge for over 4 people) with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar. We also offer a fenced yard for your pet for an additional fee ($75)

Enjoy your time relaxing on one of the 2 screened porches or challenge your family with a game of pool. There’s plenty of outdoor space for you to walk around the yard before settling in for the evening and reminiscing on all of the happy days you’ve shared with those you love most.

Bashan Valley Farm

Unique country cottage. You have your own little cottage with I bedroom and loft and a small kitchen. There is also a beautiful pond for swimming, fishing or canoeing. A beautiful 1/2 a mile walk to Rocky Comfort Creek where you can fish or relax. Lots of animals around the farm. A kids paradise! Just come and enjoy a relaxing day in the country. A 15 min. drive to town and restaurants. There is no tv or WiFi in the cottage so be prepared to relax and reconnect with how life used to be!

The Bungalow On Pine is a cozy (pet-friendly) 2 bedroom 1 bath home with an open living/dining area and a completely fenced in yard. The bungalow is conveniently located on a quiet street in the historic district of Waynesboro. The Waynesboro City Park, Waynesboro Pond Park and the Burke County Museum are all within walking distance and downtown shops & restaurants are just minutes away. Augusta, home of the Masters, is only 30 miles away and Historic Savannah is less than 100 miles away.

Sarah's Cottage in the heart of Millen

On 2/28/23, the renovations on the 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage were completed. All rooms have been updated to add style and comfort. The home has refinished original hardwood floors in the bedrooms, and family room. The bathroom, hallway, kitchen and dining room has newly installed LVP flooring. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving dishes, keurig, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker.

Just minutes from popular wedding venues Quinney Oaks and The Venue at 21 East, it's an ideal retreat with all the comforts of home in a peaceful setting.

191 Country Place Drive, Keysville. The view from Mimosa Cottage is pure country: hay fields, sunsets, woods, birds, and friendly neighbors. The entire house is yours to enjoy. The Wagon Barn Market close by has "ready to bake" casseroles. Augusta, 20 minutes away, hosts The Masters Golf Tournament in the spring, and has biking & hiking trails, kayaking, museums, and more. Walmart is 5 minutes away the other direction in Waynesboro.

The Cottage House - Family Friendly, Close to GSU!

Spacious updated home in a quiet area less than one mile from the GSU campus. This home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two king bedrooms with private baths, one queen bedroom and two twin sleeper chairs. Plush towels and quality linens. High Speed Internet and smart TV's in each bedroom. Fully furnished kitchen, grill and patio that can be used while you're in town visiting. No pets.
