Hay Loft Flat

Located near the highest village in Britain, Flash, in the beautiful Peak District National Park, 1540 above sea level, in the winter we do get some snow, the Hay Loft has been designed to create a great base for exploring the countryside. On it’s doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. Within a mile is Flash Bar Stores serving breakfast, lunch, cakes and groceries.

The generous gardens to three sides are south-west facing and can be bathed in glorious sunshine all day long. This cosy 180 year old stone built character cottage has been recently renovated and furnished to a very high standard with a traditional look, but with excellent modern conveniences and accessories. The luxurious and comfortable self-catering accommodation sleeps up to 6 people.

Delightful 1-bed shepherd's hut with log burner

This brand new well equipped Shepherds hut is nestled just outside the village of Cressbrook and boasts stunning views and sunsets over the Wye Valley. The location offers a perfect base for exploring the Peak District with a wide choice of walks or cycle routes from the door. Access to the Monsal Trail is just a 10 minutes walk away, and the villages of Litton and Tideswell are also easily accessible by foot.

Castleton, Chatsworth, Bakewell & Buxton are all within easy reach as well as stunning countryside walks & beauty spots.

Dog friendly Self-contained Base in Peak District

This quirky downstairs flat, is a fabulous base deep in the Peak District, only 500m from the Monsal Trail. There's a communal outside decked area along side the river. With a double bed and single top bunk in the same room (+small sofa bed in the lounge). There is a bus stop 50m away, The Anglers Rest a riverside pub with great food is 500m downstream. Bring your bike/s into the flat or lock them in the communal space. There is parking onsite for one car next to the building- marked BOB.

Just a 5-minute stroll into the thriving village of Tideswell, home to 'the Cathedral of the Peak', with traditional pubs, restaurants, cafes and local shops.

Tucked away in a peaceful location above the lovely village of Tideswell, West View Cottage is the perfect base to relax and explore the beautiful Peak District. Newly renovated, this self contained, cosy annexe is a light and welcoming space with its own entrance at the back of our family home. It has beautiful views across the valley but is within a short walk of excellent pubs, restaurants and cafe. Walking and cycling from the door or a short drive to all the Peak District attractions.

The Folly is a sympathetically converted one bedroomed barn, attached to the main farmhouse. It has been furnished to a high standard and sleeps 2. It is the perfect base from which to explore the stunning Peak District, with walks and rides from the doorstep. We are situated in the country village of Wormhill, Derbyshire, deep in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Closest towns are Tideswell and Buxton. We are very close to the Pennine Bridleway, Monsal Trail and Limestone Way.

There are many excellent picturesque places to visit, from the doorstep, nearby Monsal Dale and the famous trail, Millers Dale and Chee Dale only a short walk away.
