Cosy, comfortable, rural, peaceful retreat. Nestled in traditional Ayrshire countryside, surrounded by British wildlife. After a day exploring everything Ayrshire has to offer (be it history, culture, walking, seaside or golf) settle down in front of your roaring log burner or enjoy a drink on the private deck. Watch as the sun sets over the hill in front of you. Then, above you on a clear night, the Milky Way and a myriad of constellations appear. Truly rested, fall asleep in comfort & silence.

Bright, homely flat overlooking Rothesay Bay !

The flat is situated across the road from the beach (about 30 secs walk) We are on the edge of the town, about 2 mins walk from the main supermarket and about 3 mins walk from the main shopping street of the town. There is free parking at the back of the building and free parking at the front too. We are situated about 7/8 minutes walk from the main ferry pier and you can watch the ferry coming in from the front windows. All in all it's a very warm, comfortable flat and we are very pet friendly.

Leac Na Sith, a cottage on the beach

Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

A cozy one bedroom ground floor flat located on the beautiful Isle of Cumbrae just seconds from the beach/sea. 3 night min stay Jul/Aug Millport is a small, friendly town with lovely beaches, great walking trails and an 18 hole golf course with amazing views. A good variety of shops , cafes and bars are within a short walking distance. Springwell cottage

Springwell cottage has been recently renovated. Centrally heated with living room underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. Can sleep 4 adults and 2 infants or 2 adults and 2 children. We accept a max of 2 well behaved dogs no larger than a Labrador. Separate garden for guests use. Safe little beach and swings just across the road . Start of the Goatfell path 5 min walk away. Corrie hotel bar 5 min walk and dog friendly Also Mara seafood cabin and Deli take away or eat in .

Yewtree Cottage - 'The Art House' and Garden

Just outside the Scottish National Park and 6mins walk from the sea is Cedarbank Studio's Yewtree Cottage. A one bedroomed cottage full of art. We have seven artists and they all offer lessons. Sitting in its own garden, Yewtree offers more than just an Airbnb experience. It's an opportunity to get outside and enjoy Argyll, learn something new or just do your own thing. It's a cosy little base - which we hope you'll enjoy calling home while you visit Argyll.​

Lighthouse cottage - Toward , Nr Dunoon , Argyll

A stunning former lighthouse keeper’s cottage, Lighthouse Point has the most amazing views of the lighthouse and dramatic sea views down the Clyde approach, past Bute, towards Arran. Situated at Toward Point in Argyll, this beautiful cottage offers a luxurious stay with views to die for. If you can be tempted away from gazing out of the south facing sunroom, watching the sea, yachts and other marine traffic, it is less than two minutes’ walk to the water.

The Snug: cosy, quirky detached cottage. Sea views

The Snug is a cosy wee detached holiday cottage tucked up a quite lane - a peaceful retreat. There's a comfy bedroom with king-sized bed, and a sofa bed in the living area, making it the ideal space for couples or small families (pets welcome too!). There's a lovely shingle beach at the foot of the lane and miles of secluded forest walks and cycle rides on the doorstep - the perfect base to escape the crowds and enjoy the beautiful west coast of Scotland.

Enjoy Oakdene Cottage and its great views with hosts next door. Dog friendly with nearly an acre of established garden and space to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area whilst being relatively close to Glasgow with good connections and only ~50 minutes from Glasgow Airport. Please bear in mind that there are steps up to up access the cottage from either door: thus, if you have reduced mobility, sadly, Oakdene may not be for you.

The Coach House, Gourock

The Coach House, Gourock, is located in a quiet area a few minutes walk from the Main Street with shops, pubs and the train station. The Coach House is a charming space in a converted period building. There is private parking with electric charging point and outside seating area. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy this gorgeous setting either from the warmth and comfort of the open plan lounge or from your own private deck with extraordinary views over Dumgoyne and the Campsie Hills. You will be surrounded on all sides by fields, woods or mountains but yet be close enough to pop out for a coffee and cake at the local village or taste a wee dram at the Glengoyne whisky distillery.
