what a hidden gem! This place is truly a rare find—super private and peaceful, with the beach practically all to ourselves. We had the best time swimming in both the ocean and the pool. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway! While the place could use a bit of maintenance (a few hiccups with the toilets and air conditioning), it didn’t take away from our amazing stay. Ate Nat, her husband, and the rest of the caretakers were incredibly kind and helpful—they even went out of their way to buy fresh seafood for us! If you’re looking for a quiet escape to relax and recharge, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

We were a group of 12 on a Holy Week break - 3 families with teens and young kids- and rented Balai LaHi as well as the Sunrise Room. This place overdelivers in spades!! When we weren’t enjoying the beach out front, we lazily lounged around the house. There were many different areas to chitchat, reconnect, play board games; and equally many quiet corners to read a book, crochet and take naps. The hosts, Cholo and Tor, were amazing - they helped us arrange services for a cook and kitchen helper; provided us with great directions and restaurants to try, shared Lenten schedules and personal tips to enjoy the festivities. But beyond helping with logistics, they were always warm and welcoming and made us feel like long-time friends instead of transient guests. All in all, it was a wonderful stay - we came for the Moriones of Marinduque, but we will return for Balai LaHi. It was the easily the highlight of our trip!

Definitely a go-to as the unit is just walking distance to where our relatives are. Served its purpose of where we can stay given the limited space with our relatives. We have not maximized utilizing the beach access since we are with a toddler but happy to try next time. Looking forward for alternative power source such as a power set enough to start up at least an electric fan since outage is very evident in the province and it takes hours or even half the day before it comes back. Joan’s place is definitely worth the recommendation. Thanks a bunch!

Sir Carl and Ma’am Nora were very friendly, accommodating, and hands-on. They and their helpers ensured that the place was clean and our needs were attended to. From my initial inquiry, to the adjustments with our booking, to our actual stay, Sir Carl was responsive and welcoming. The place overall is neat and orderly, so we really tried our best to leave it the same way. Truly worth the price we paid for. It was the perfect place for multiple celebrations in our family.

Kubo Lobo fulfilled it’s promise of a great vacation. For us and our fur babies. It is a short walk from the beach. We will definitely go back.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Bee made us feel completely at home. She was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly accommodating—going above and beyond to help us with tour bookings, local food recommendations, things to do, and even coordinating transportation. The house itself was amazing—stocked with everything you could possibly need, from snacks and breakfast items to a separate fridge with drinks available on a pay-as-you-go basis. If you forgot something, chances are it’s already there. The photos honestly don’t do this place any justice. It’s even more stunning in person-close enough to town for convenience, but tucked away just enough to enjoy complete peace and quiet. One of our favorite moments was starting each morning with a yummy cup of coffee on the porch, soaking in that breathtaking view! It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a close friend who genuinely cared about our experience. If you're lucky enough to book this place—do it. You won’t regret it!

Staying at Debbie and Joey’s place was the best way to end our trip in the Phillipines. If you’re looking to visit the Boracay islands, this is the perfect place to stay — close enough to easily visit Boracay but far enough that you’d be in your own peaceful sanctuary, away from the tourists and all the hustle of the main island. The view was spectacular, the sunsets even better! Joey and Debbie were very helpful. We organised our pick up and drop off to the airport with them and also managed to sort out our laundry. Accept the reviews — Debbie is a great chef! She cooked the best homemade Filipino dinner for us including a ton of vegetarian dishes on request. If you’re staying for multiple days, atleast get one meal a day from Debbie! The room was clean and had a lot of little spaces to relax and enjoy the views. Finally, if you’re a dog lover, get ready to enjoy some time with B1 - he’s adorable and loves the pats and belly rubs.

The Host was very responsive and friendly. What we liked the most is that the unit is in the poolside so the kids enjoyed the pool. The unit itself was very modest and we felt at home right away, And its even near D’Mall. Everything looks very well taken care of as well. We’ll definitely book this unit again when we come back to Boracay.

Stayed at Joyce’s home for one night & she was very responsive & accomodating! Asked for an early check in & she was very helpful in that regard! The home is located within a 3-5 minute walk from d-mall Boracay & very easy to catch an e-trike to and fro! The home itself is as shown in the pictures, very lovely and comfortable, not to mention a great pool to swim in. The only lop-side to the stay are the stairs to the room but hey I needed my steps in! You can ask the security to help with luggage if you’re not shy enough to ask! I would definitely come back & stay at Joyce’s home!

Celebrated my husband’s 30th birthday here with our family and we truly enjoyed the place. We are 17 pax and enough space for all of us. Caretaker ate Q-ann is very accommodating, the rooms are clean and dry. Kitchen is air-conditioned with complete necessities. The view of the sea is beautiful especially during sunset. Pool is warm so we were all able to enjoy it even in the night time. Wifi is fast and reliable. Parking can fit all 3 of our cars with extra space. They also have contact to the local boatmen who were hired for a sandbar tour in the morning. We were still able to enjoy the sea even if the beachfront is not swimmable. My family appreciates and highly praised the place. The host is friendly and keeps us informed at all times. Thank you. Will be back again.

A great place to stay in Boracay. The villas were extremely nice and comfortable. The swimming pool and maintenance staff were excellent. Monette responded very quickly to all of our questions and concerns. WiFi was awesome. For our large group this was absolutely perfect. Thank you Monette and Boracay. Wonderful memories for all of us.

An absolute gem! We stayed here for the last leg of our Boracay trip and we wish we stayed here for our whole stay instead of a hotel to start up with. From check in to check out Irene and their staff are all so helpful, if we needed anything or have any questions they’re always there to help. It is a bit hilly but it’s not that bad to be honest. The villa is about a 10 minute walked to diniwid beach which is I believe the best beach in Boracay so that’s a massive bonus! All in all we love this accommodation and our daughters loved the pool as well. On our last night Irene gifted us some cakes which is really nice and unexpected. We will definitely come back here in a couple of years when we come back to Boracay for sure!

Jedinečné místo s jedinečnými lidmi. Doporučuji všem kdo si chce užít klid a nádhernou pláž s korálovým útesem. Toto místo není moc turisticky vyhledávané a budete mít možnost poznat skvělé místní lidi. Stávili jsme na tomto nádherném místě 79 nocí a vždy se budeme rádi vracet. Doporučuji zůstat minimálně 1 měsíc, protože toto místo vám krásně vyčistí hlavu. Hostitel Simon rád ve všem poradí, půjčí motorku. Místní rybáři vám denně přinesou čerstvé ryby, kalamary, chobotnice, mušle a krevety. V místním malém obchůdku koupíte běžné potraviny. Grilovaná ryba při západu slunce je skvělý zážitek. Navštívilo nás při našem pobytu několik našich přátel kterí byli nadšení. Simonovi psi nás doprovázeli při procházkách po pláži ..

stayed at Gregs place last Apr20-21 Pros: -Bang for the buck! -Host is very responsive and approachable -Caretakers really took care of us -Place is pristine, very private and serene. No loud videokes, no throngs of people -White sand, clear waters -wifi is available -you can cook your own food, kitchen utensils are available Cons: -getting to the resort is a bit challenging when you're using a sedan or small car. Last km is a bumpy rocky rough road. -no mobile signal, in case you get lost along the way and need to reach the caretakers number -NoAC but fans are available. -kitchen is shared with the caretakers as they use the ref -House needs a few repairs specially the bamboo floors, some nails are already poking out Will I recommend the place? Yes in a heartbeat, you wont find anything this good at this price point.

We had an amazing week at Aidan’s place as a family of 11. Aidan helped us to arrange transportation to/from Manila with private pick up and speed boat. It takes almost 10 minutes to house from the dock but John John, the staff responsible for shopping and the boat helped our youngs and elderns to reach the house everytime we wanted to go to the dock with his ATW. There are 5 friendly on site staff at the house. Ate Jane is the manager of the staff and the chief of the kitchen. She prepared womderful food for us. We had full American breakfast, lunch and diner at the house and everyting was spectacular. We had bbq and fresh catches from the local sea. Marilou helped us for the service and she was super fast and kind. Crew never made we feel like we need privacy. Everytime we needed them they were ready to help and everytime we need time for ourself they were standing by at their own place. Nori&Fred kept the pool and garden always clean. Highly recommended and special thanks to Jane.

I love the place,very easy to find may problem lang sa faucets sira and also the bathtub Hindi namin nagamit. But the place is so great super kasya buong family ko…and joms also give me discounts for two excess since bata naman..over all it was a great stay! And super lapit sa beach.Thank you!!! The name “Serenity” couldn’t be more perfect. This beautiful place truly offers the peace and calm you dream of when traveling. The house is open at the top parts, covered with mosquito nets, which makes you feel fully connected to nature while still comfortable and safe. Watching the sunset from there was simply magical. It was the perfect ending to my trip — quiet, peaceful, and deeply relaxing. A very big thank you to Ramon! He was always available, answered all my questions so quickly, and shared so many helpful tips. His kindness made everything even more special and shows exactly what makes the people of the Philippines so wonderful. I would absolutely love to come back again one day.

The communication was seamless, and she made us feel like family. The amenities were top-notch, from the infinity pool to the delicious meals provided by her onsite restaurant. Exploring the surrounding area was a breeze thanks to Mel’s guidance. We had an unforgettable island-hopping tour, complete with snorkeling in vibrant coral reefs and relaxing on pristine beaches. Absolutely magical. Rosemary’s beachfront hut is truly a hidden gem — a peaceful, idyllic escape nestled right on the sand. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. The beach itself is stunning, quiet, and natural, with the most breathtaking sunsets we’ve ever seen. It felt like we had discovered our own little piece of paradise. The hut is simple and rustic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s open to nature, so you should expect the occasional gecko or curious critter — but that’s all part of it! What made the stay even more special was Rosemary herself. She’s warm, welcoming, and always up for a friendly chat. She helped us book everything we needed. One of our favorite things was being able to enjoy meals from her restaurant delivered straight to our little terrace. Sitting there with a cold drink, fresh food, and a view of the ocean.
