Our holiday home with a private swimming pool is located on the Riviera of Omis. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a bathroom and mini-bar, while on the upper floor there is the living part and one more bathroom. The floors are connected by external stairs. Next to the swimming pool, there is a barbecue and a spacious terrace with panoramic view on the sea and islands. Mimice is a small place with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. It is located 12 km away from the town of Omis.

Koru Apartment with pool in seaside town of Mimice

Our Koru Apartment is named after the Maori word koru=new life/new beginnings which was fitting for us moving from New Zealand to Croatia to start a new life in 2018. The Koru Apartment is part of Waterview Apartments. we have 3 one bedroomed self contained units on our property which has great views over the Adriatic Sea and at the rear over the mountains. A heated pool was built in 2020. We have 1 free parking per unit. Mimice is a beautiful old village with many beaches on our doorstep.

Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju jer vam nudimo sve potrebno za vaš idealan odmor.Apartman se nalazi u manjem mjestu udaljenom samo 10-tak minuta vožnje s autom do centra grada (Omiš). U blizini kuće na minut hoda nalazi se odlično opremljeni market.Pristup plaži je zajednički a do plaže vam treba svega 10 minuta niz stepenice.Plaže su prekrasne sa kristalno čistim morem baš iz razloga što ima manje turista nego u strogom centru.Idealno za obitelj s djecom.Dobrodošli!

Kuća za odmor - apartman "By the sea" smješten je u Mimicama u kamenoj kući građenoj u mediteranskom stilu, na izvrsnoj lokaciji 10 metara od plaže i mora. Apartman ima zasebni ulaz i gosti mogu neometano uživati na prostranoj terasi koja ima blagovaonski dio i dio za odmor i sunčanje. U kući su 3 klimatizirane sobe s velikim bračnim krevetima (u 3. sobi je i krevet za jednu osobu), sa smart TV-om, 3 moderno uređene kupaonice s walk in tuš kabinom, moderno uređena kuhinja s blagovaonicom.

Stone Beauty from 1467, cultural monument located in the historical core of Pučišća - one of the 15 most beautiful small towns in Europe. The restorted medievel castle will give you moments of peace and quiet because the front of the castle is facing the sea and the town and behind there is a garden, a courtyard and three terraces for moments of rest. The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Apartment located in Mimice, 40 km from nearest airport and 30 km from city of Split, ideal location for peaceful vacation or starting place for an adventure. Plenty of activities near our home (rafting, canoeing, zip-line, daily excursions,....). Dalmatian house in Upper Podgora. Great for couples, cyclists, hikers, older ones. Pleasant climate and beautiful ambience in lavender, peaceful surroundings. 10 min from the beach. Near the entrance to nature park Biokovo (1 km) and Skywalk. If you want you can go with a car in Podgora, Tučepi or Makarska, you will be there in a 10 min drive.

Bona fide is a prestige low energy eco house with two separate luxury units. Borealis is on 2nd floor of the Bona fide house. Enjoy the great panoramic sea views in Mimice from our house. Car recommended for sightseeing of the nearby cities and sights.
