It is surrounded by lush forests, mountains and our fruit and vegetable gardens, with a beautiful view of the Pacific ocean. The cottage is suitable for long term stays. This tranquil space would be a lovely retreat for people interested in the country lifestyle, or those who are looking for a secluded setting to work, focus on creative activities or enjoy a quiet holiday without disturbance.

ファミリーで宿泊するのに、最適な宿泊施設です。最大6名様までご宿泊可能で、人数追加料金はございません。コンセプトは「暮らすように泊まる」。レトロな日本家屋は、日本情緒がたっぷりです。高台に立地し、三方向が窓なので、下田公園、下田港、下田市街地が、まるでお城からの眺めのように一望できます。特に夕景は絶景です。市街地にあり、食事や温泉銭湯、スーパー、郵便局、コンビニ、観光名所のペリーロードも徒歩圏内です。伊豆七島への船乗り場や釣りの名所「犬走り島」にも歩いていける上、下田海中水族館もほど近いです。伊豆急下田駅からは徒歩15分。受付、チェックインは、徒歩5分のNPO法人伊豆in賀茂6「たるや」（下田市三丁目1-23）になります。駐車場は徒歩2分の場所に1台分があります。階段を上った高台に位置していますので、車椅子の対応はできません。また重い荷物の持ち運びは、やや難儀です。

過ごしやすい気候の伊豆下田。当宿は山村にあります。裏山は果樹畑。 築70年の古民家です。家は古いですが、風通しよく気持ちのよい家です。お掃除にも気をつけています(^^)※自然豊かな土地のため、虫がいます。殺虫剤有ります。 宿は母、小学生の娘、妻とその友人で運営。 ご滞在中は主に母と娘が対応します。 ヤギえさやり体験ができます。 柵がありますので、小さなお子さまでも安心してえさやりができます(^^) 雨天時不可。 周辺アクセス ◇コンビニ、ドラッグストア 　車で2-3分、徒歩20分 ◇スーパー 　車で7-8分 ◇立ち寄り湯 　車で10-20分圏内に多数あり 【お風呂】温泉ではありません。 シャンプー等、基本的なものはあります。歯ブラシはありません。 タオル類は色、柄不揃いです。
