The Cottage

Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Rustic Cabin Retreat

Quiet, secluded area has occasional wildlife (turkey, deer). The Turkey Creek runs behind the cabin, and there is a very small pond in the front of the cabin that can be fished. There's a kid's "fort" to the west of the main cabin for the kids to enjoy! The fort has a space heater, a loft with a futon, and a smart TV (no TV service) that can be used for streaming if you want to use your phone’s hotspot.. The cabin has no TV service or internet service.....thus the beauty of this retreat!!

Located right next to the Minden Opera House and front row windows to see the Light of the World Pageant at Christmas time. Within walking distance of Pioneer Village. America's time capsule features 50000+ historic items. Only a short drive if you're wanting to view the Sandhill Cranes during their migration. There are 27 stairs to climb so you also get a work out.

Stay in a cabin on a homestead with native prairie grass, huge open space and tons of trees. Ayr is about 10-minute drive to the charming small town of Hastings. There is a second home on the property that is also available and listed on Airbnb. The place can and has easily fit numerous camping arrangements on the 13 acre plot. Pets are welcome, and folks should know there are three barn cats on the property.

The Lynbrook is a two bedroom townhome at Element 30 that offers additional living space with a big city living feel. Element 30 is in University Village, a neighborhood adjacent to the state’s historic Highway 30 and the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Element 30 invites guests into unexpected and comfortable luxury. With high ceilings, the open spaces say, “welcome home.” Townhome will require use of stairs.
