Tucked away in the village of Preston, surrounded by countryside, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' within easy reach of local amenities and Kent's stunning coastline. The Little House is a charming 2 bed cottage right in the centre of Minster High Street. The ground floor is an open plan kitchen and living room, while upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a built in oven and a washing machine. The first floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms are small but perfectly formed, both would delight George Clarke, while the bathroom has a 1.5m bath plus shower over.

A beautiful modern two bedroom house located in a private mews in Birchington-On-Sea with dedicated parking close to the stunning Minnis Bay with it's expansive beach and access to the Viking Coastal Trail for walks to Reculver Towers and Roman Fort. It's a few miles away from Margate and Broadstairs with their stunning beaches and a couple of minutes walk to the high street of Birchington with a vast range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Stay and Swim is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach at Westbay and the indoor pool, with endless swim current, is available all year round. The property has a private garden with seating area and newly refurbished rooms with sky views. Rest assured Nick holds a Level 3 qualification in pool plant operation so we know to make sure the pool is always clean and healthy.
