The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.

היי אני רון 😊 אני מאד אוהב לארח ולהכיר אנשים חדשים. טיילתי הרבה בעולם וגם התארחתי וכעת אני מציע את דירתי הפרטית לאירוח . ברוכים הבאים :) דירה קטנה במקום שקט. מטבח מאובזר, מיזוג אויר, אינטרנט , מצעים נקיים, מגבות, טלויזיה ונטפליקס . הדירה נמצאת בשכונה שקטה צמודה לכביש 2, אזור התעשייה ספיר, רכבת ,חוף ים, שמורת טבע וקניון. הדירה ממוקמת בבניין ישן, אך הדירה עצמה נקיה וראויה. חשוב להדגיש שלא מדובר בבית מלון אלא בדירה פרטית. יש לציית לחוקי הבית ולשמור על הנקיון. אשמח לארח אתכם!
