There is swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and miles of endless beach at your door step. This spectacular 2 story house with breath taking views sits directly on Misquamicut Beach. You’ll receive a parking pass in addition to the walk-on passes. Meals on the beach are within walking distance, or can easily be made in one of our TWO well appointed kitchens and enjoyed on our spacious back deck.

Private entrance with mini kitchen, fridge,microwave, portable induction cooktop,toaster,coffeemaker- every thing but the kitchen sink! Please note: there is no kitchen sink nor oven. Tasting Clam chowder in the very famous Ocean House may be one of the best choices. Options are endless.
