The house is located on the west side of main street giving families easy walkable access to the beach, downtown, or north to grab food or some drinks!

Deer, bobcat, fox, otters, beaver and bald eagles are all regular visitors. Miles of private trails. Complete privacy on 80 acres. Remote, yet only an hour to Traverse City or 20 minutes to Cadillac, Spend some time on the fantastic covered porch or one of the other 3 levels of deck overlooking a bend in the river.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the north woods. Bear Den Cabin has 4 full size beds. Includes , Washer and Dryer, Kitchen table and chairs and a Kitchen with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot and an electric skillet. The bathhouse is attached with hot showers and bathrooms. Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, linens and shower items.
