This cozy 3 bedroom year round home works for all sized groups. Located just steps from a shared private beach it offers fun and relaxation with comfortable surroundings and a well equipped home. All the gear you need is provided for a fun day at the beach or games for a rainy or snowy day inside. It is close to the city of Lake City with wonderful restaurants, a bakery, ice cream parlor, and snowmobile trails. Sunset from the beach followed by a campfire offers a perfect end to your day.

Cozy Cottage w/ Lake Access

Escape to beautiful Lake City, MI! With shared access to some of the best beachfront on Lake Missaukee, this cozy retreat is a true gem for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. With 210ft of beachfront shared with 12 other cottages, sink your toes into the soft sand, soak up the sun, and take refreshing dips in the crystal-clear waters. Challenge your friends to a game of beach volleyball or basketball on our court, or show off your shuffleboard skills for endless entertainment.

Rustic Log Cabin known as the Snowshoe Cabin

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the north woods. Cabin has 2 twin size beds in the loft and a full size bed on main floor. Includes Kitchen table and chairs and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster and a crockpot. There is a bathhouse on site with hot showers and bathrooms. Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils and shower items

Duke’s Place Secluded Riverside Woodland Retreat

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful location located on 80 acres alongside the Clam River- a Michigan Blue Ribbon trout stream Get in touch with nature. Deer, bobcat, fox, otters, beaver and bald eagles are all regular visitors. Miles of private trails. Complete privacy on 80 acres. Remote, yet only an hour to Traverse City or 20 minutes to Cadillac, Spend some time on the fantastic covered porch or one of the other 3 levels of deck overlooking a bend in the river.

Hunters and Fishers Escape

This cabin is an ideal destination for hunters and fishers looking to enjoy Northern Michigan. Nestled in a prime location, this cozy cabin provides convenient access to some of the state’s best hunting and fishing spots as well as walking distance to bars and restaurants. This cottage comfortably sleeps 5 or 6. One room has three twin size beds and one room has a queen. Also air mattresses that can accommodate two more. Dog friendly with one large crate.

This location has two prestigious attractions; one being the fishing, 1,100 ft. of Blue Ribbon Trout fishing as well as sitting on a property deemed a National Wildlife Habitat. The Rustic River Retreat is a woods, water and snow wonderland that will be sure to spark your adventurous side.

Spacious 1920’s Farmhouse

Enjoy your stay in Lake City just outside city limits! Only one mile away from the lake & easy access to downtown, Tasty Treat, mini-golf, and groceries. Close and easy access to Missaukee Mountain and snowmobiling trails in the winter! Beautiful large yard on the side to play in, and the trees give a nice sound barrier from the main road. Note: There are two steps to get into main living area. Please no smoking/vaping or pets.

The Earthwork House on the Hill

A hexagon cabin built by hand and made with love on Earthwork Farm. The House on the Hill has been home to many Artist Residencies over the years, and has afforded many people a quiet place for reflection and restoration. The cabin is rustic and is quite close to nature. It also comes with some less-rustic amenities like WIFI, washer/dryer, fridge, toilet, and shower. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.
