A perfect place to come and relax alone or with the whole family. A quiet detached guest house, a stylish Tulum Vibes heaven, very cozy, and only 15 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes to downtown to the funk zone with its unique local restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Just simply divine. Located 5 minutes walk from a stunning hiking trail down the road. You will be waking up by the sound of the birds, an ocean view and a very unique place surrounded by nature. This is a very rare find!

This dreamy, boho Spanish-style house is perfectly located just 1 mile from State Street and the beach. The unit is on a duplex with a private entrance, gated backyard with a bbq and gorgeous dining area, full kitchen, and beautifully remodeled bathroom. The bright and airy bedroom features a queen sized bed and dedicated workspace. The couch in the living room can be converted to a full-sized bed. Pet friendly ($20 per pet per night!) 1 off street parking space is available in the driveway.

Read a book, BBQ, or make your own s'mores in the fire pit. Perfect for a romantic weekend or a family gathering. WIFI & desk are provided in case you can't leave your work behind.

Next to a natural butterfly preserve. A short walk through the eucalyptus trees brings you to the bluffs overlooking Ellwood Beach and the Pacific Ocean! Feels like a private beach as used almost exclusively by this neighborhood. Doors open to a yard full of plants, birds and the sound of the waterfall in the pond with a newly built Bocci court and outdoor fire-pit terrace. Near by: Beach, mountains, UCSB, 15 min from downtown SB and 1 mile from shopping, groceries, brewery and restaurants.

Montecito Serene Retreat

The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.

Under the Oaks - Spa, Fire-pit, 10 min to beach

Having traveled the world, I appreciate people from all cultures and proclivities. I welcome you, your family, friends and pets to enjoy my family home, which is tastefully curated with art, books and antiques collected for generations. I lovingly tend the 1/2 acre of gardens which you are welcome to explore. One of my greatest joys in life is to offer my piece of paradise to the world. Airbnb and the county of Santa Barbara have a strict NO PARTIES rule. Max 8 people can gather here.

Peaceful house located blocks away from downtown Santa Barbara. Parking space and a quiet neighborhood. Excellent for a nice getaway to Santa Barbara. The city is planning on doing some king of street maintenance during september to novemeber, they have not given any exact dates. Looks like phase 2 will require street closure. As of this time 9/5 nothings started yet but theyve started leaving these notices around. Going to include a transcript of the notice in another section.
