Large, light filled, quiet, private 2 bedroom apartment/guest suite with split bathroom (toilet and sink in one room, soaking tub/shower and sink in other), kitchenette, and ceilings up to 16'. We have been working on this space for the last 2 years to get the details just right, including hand built furniture and art by local artists. Above the din of the Mission, this apartment is a unique space built in the attic of a large Edwardian house run by artists Laurel Roth Hope and Andy Diaz Hope .

SO CLOSE to SO MUCH...ice cream, coffee, food, cocktails, murals, markets, music, etc. You’ll love my place because its location is in heart of the Mission. The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. For more than 15 years, it has been my sanctuary when the rough and tumble of the business world has kicked me in the stomach, when heartbreak hit, and later it was the co-parent in helping me raise my gorgeous girls. There's easy access getting into and out of our neighborhood and our street has ample parking. We love to host and are excited to meet new people eager to explore all that the Bay Area has to offer!

Two bedrooms, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer, and a large smart TV. I live upstairs in the same home and am available during your stay, while guests have full privacy in their own space.

Audrey and Nick’s place is a comfortable, spacious studio with a private entrance, and all the comforts of home. It is located in the renovated basement of a 19th century farmhouse and is fully apportioned with a queen size bed, a large bathroom with a deep tub and access to both front and back yards. It has all the basics, and then some. It is a perfect base of operations for days and nights on the town or around the Bay and a great place to stay in and get things done.
