Our stay at Ann’s farm was so so beautiful. We loved the lake and the view. We had such a good time and Jock (their dog) was such a good host as well. Ann and Kevin were very accommodating and made our stay very memorable. We will definitely visit again.

This place was just absolutely amazing. Everything about it was just beautiful. The cleanliness was pristine and the place felt right at home. Toby had made the place feel so comfortable and warm. I highly recommend and would love to go back without a doubt! Thank you so much!

This Farmstay was one of our favourite places that we have stayed not only in Victoria but across the various states and countries to which we have travelled. Veronica has really thought through the guest experience and has everything covered that you could think of. The surrounds and views are stunning, the interior of the property is so well done and the animals amazing (bird life, farm animals and native wildlife (especially Wally the wombat)). If anything, the property was better than expected from the photos. Veronica was the perfect balance of helpful and available, whilst respecting our privacy. It is the sort of place where you are central enough to many places to keep you busy or you can be content just staying at the property, doing very little and enjoying the spa bath. We are already planning our next visit for later this year!

Brijesh is very responsive. When I ask a question, he answers within 20 minutes. The house is very clean and spacious. It had all the features and functionality required for a big family or several families to stay. Highly recommended

Lovely house short drive from town. Beautiful linen, towels and lots of crockery in a great kitchen. Garden is fascinating - full of amazing plants, bird life, rabbits, kangaroos and a blue tongue lizard! Plenty of outdoor space to wander. It's super quite & the view changes everyday.

What a wonderful historical property and so grateful that you are sharing it for others to enjoy. It was the perfect place to accommodate our 3 generation Easter family catch-up. The swimming pool was used alot along with and the beautiful gardens around the home which were all manicured. It will be great if/when the tennis/basketball area is fixed up but we made great use of the Great Victorian Bike track at the back of the property. There are views from every window in the home which makes every room a little special but our favourite was the main dinning room looking down to the Goulburn River. A special thanks to Kelvin who is very responsive and friendly. We also appreciated the opportunity of an earlier check-in and late check-out. Would highly recommend this property.

Steves place was beautiful. I stayed here over my wedding weekend with my bridal party, and it was the perfect setting. The house and gardens were beautiful in autumn, and the space was warm and cosy. Steve was a great host and kindly offered early check-in. There was an issue with the plumbing/dishwasher, but aside from that, it was an excellent stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back for our anniversary.

Wonderful cottage stay away from the hustle and bustle of city living. Value for money and everything you need is provided for your getaway! Beautiful comfy beds, relaxing lounge area and best of all a firepit with views of rolling hills and wildlife all around. Easy drive to historic towns but a local bakery and pub in walking distance. We loved our short stay and feel recharged ❣️🇦🇺🌞🐑🦘🐦🦜🐦‍⬛🌳🍂🍃🌄
