Located in downtown Mobile and walking distance to restaurants, bars and the Mardi Gras parade route you will love this divinely decorated large apartment. A modern yet elegant designed living room and a separate dining room gives you plenty of space including a big well equipped kitchen. All inside a Historic home on Dauphin Street and across the street from a Venue for events and gatherings. There is plenty of parking behind the house and the entrance is to the right of the home. There is a lockbox on the door so you can arrive any time after 3:00 pm. The entrance is to the right of the house at the side door. This apartment is located at the beginning of the Historic downtown area which is a diverse neighborhood yet offering restaurants, bars, and sightseeing We have UBER and LYFT available for those who don't want to drive a car. NO parties allowed.

This charming historical home is part of a 6plex located in fantastic Midtown Mobile on Old Shell Rd. At this beautifully restored 1906 home, you’re right in the middle of the action. Mobile Infirmary is right across the street making this a popular spot with traveling nurses and families. Downtown Mobile is 10 mins away with all of the great history of this shipping city. Welcome to Mobile! Enjoy this entire well maintained condo in the heart of Midtown Mobile close to three major hospitals and just minutes from downtown. Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. This 1100 sq foot apartment is located in the top of our barn. It is very nice and fully furnished with a well appointed kitchen. Our barn is a working barn with 3 horses that come and go. I will allow a pet but must approve and there is a 75.00 pet fee. St Francis Church is a 3 minute drive and the Grand Hotel and Little Point Clear a 5-7 minute drive. Downtown Fairhope is a 5-7 minute drive and a straight shot from my farm, - Gulf shores/Orange beach is 41 minutes away.
