My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

A fedett teraszon INFRASZAUNA és DÉZSAFÜRDŐ áll vendégeink rendelkezésére. „ezer sziget országa, ahová a nyugalom is pihenni jár” A passzív és az aktív kikapcsolódásra vágyóknak is ideális választás vagyunk. A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Biela Chata

Biela Chata is a unique accommodation in the forest above the historic town of Modra. Suitable for 5 people-adults only. You will find a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace ,first floor with two bedrooms, a garage with storinge for sports equipment. Finnish sauna with space for 4 people for upcharge. Outside there is a spacious terrace facing the garden with a fireplace and seating.The cottage has its own parking spaces . WIFI connection.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

Domček v prírode, Devín - Bratislava

Domček sa nachádza pod lesom, poskytuje záhradu na vonkajšie sedenie a grilovanie. 1 min. na pešo od zástavky autobusu, 5 min. k rieke Dunaj. 2 min. autobusom do Devína. 12 min. autobusom do centra mesta Bratislava Priamo z domčeka turistika - Devínska Kobyla, cyklistika. Bicyklom do Devína 5 min. Parkovanie pred domom. Dohodou raňajky, požičanie bicyklov, splavovanie loďkou

Zažite noci v srdci vinohradov. - Maringotka Vinica vznikla s cieľom potešiť všetkých milovníkov prírody a vinohradníctva s možnosťou prežiť krásne chvíle priamo v srdci vinohradov. - Maringotka je kompletne off-grid. To znamená, že nie je napojaná na elektrické ani vodovodné siete. Elektrinu si vyrábame pomocou solárnych panelov a vodu dovážame do nádrže.

Dom sa nachádza v jednom z malebných dvorov v priamom centre mesta Modry, ktorá ponúka širokú možnosť zábavy aj oddychu. Vďaka svojej polohe vo dvore je tichý a poskytuje pocit vidieka. Terasa je spojená k domu.
