If you can be here for Satuday mornings... the Annapolis Farmer's Market is a wonder. A short drive will take you to Digby for Scallops or go a little further South to see the character and beauty of the Acadian Shore. The area offers wonderful shopping, museums, art galleries, and a variety of outstanding restaurants. A short drive to local beaches. Guests will be able to enjoy a visitors guide helping them to choose from many wonderful activities to make their vacation more memorable. Hosts are available to answer any questions guests have.

The Library is centrally located in beautiful Mahone Bay. Mahone Bay is known for its waterfront, iconic three churches, and proximity to Lunenburg, a world UNESCO heritage site making it the perfect home base to explore the South Shore. Mahone bay has many shops, restaurants, breweries, hiking trails, bike rentals, waterfront activities, and more. The Library has everything you coulld need to enjoy fun filled vacation. It is located above a cafe and therfore unexpected noise could occur.
