Private and comfortable, clean and convenient to many locations in Pittsburgh. Only 20minutes to the city, and stadiums. The cost you see per night is for 2 guests. Added adults (18 and over) are $25.00/adult/day. Children under 18 are $10.00/child/day. Children under 2 are free. Dogs are $10.00/day. I will collect that later.

You will have your own entrance & onsite parking in the driveway. Your PRIVATE area does not join with my living area in any way; we likely will never meet. The suite includes your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove & fridge, a small dining table, a couch, & a comfy queen bed. You control the temperature with your own HVAC system with both heating & cooling. It’s approximately 15 mins to all main universities, the city center & all of the sports arenas.

You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic & other noises above (pets, etc).
