Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Cozy 1-bedroom flat in a central trendy location

The flat extends over 55 sqm and includes a living room with a convertible sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a tub and a balcony with a small eating area. Other amenities include a TV, washing machine, coffee machine, iron, hairdryer and Wifi. Very centrally located within walking distance from many of Berlin's landmarks and right in the city's gastronomic epicentre with numerous restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. Excellent public transport links.

Wunderschöne Wohnung im Herzen von Berlin-Mitte

Stylishly furnished 2-room apartment in the heart of Berlin-Mitte, near Rosenthaler Platz. Located at the garden house, all windows of this apartment look out into the backyard. Absolutely quietly located, you are nonetheless in the center of Berlin, with all stores for daily needs and public transport in the immediate vicinity. An abundance of good restaurants and bars, Museum Island and much more are within walking distance. The apartment is approved for guest rental by the Berlin Senate.

Apt "sun kiss" in the best city location

Lovely little 2 rooms apt (48 m2) in the best city location, on foot to Alexanderplatz. Ideal for a short stay in startegic location: Rosenthler Platz, Torstrasse, Kulturbrauerei. PROS: balcony for smokers (!) + incl. bedlinen & towels + high-speed WiFi + hairdryer + cooking facilities + elevator + check-in at night possible + babybed (if needed) CONTRAS: very bright (too much sunlight) - LOUD (busy street -> traffic noise) - NO parking facilities - NO TV - NO washing machine - EXPENSIVE

Berlin Mitte with a View

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Little apt (35 m2) in the best location, near Alexanderplatz (main square of Berlin). Ideal for a short stay of 2 persons. Business travelers are welcome! 1 Charming 2 Room Apartment in Berlin Mitte

This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment is for max 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed - faces the backyard. The living room - direction street - is equipped with a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

MM Art Gallery Apartment Berlin

I offer a central guest apartment in the basement of my art gallery. In a few minutes you can reach the Museum Island, the Humboldt Forum and Alexander Platz. Since the apartment is in the basement of the gallery, it has no daylight! The two bedrooms are separated only by a curtain! I use Wed-Sat bathroom and kitchen with! Guests have their own key and are completely independent. Please confirm with booking request that you accept the conditions!
