Sono facilmente raggiungibili anche Rimini, Riccione, Cattolica, Pesaro, Gradara, Urbino, San Marino e San Leo. La casa è collocata in splendida posizione panoramica, vista mare e colline: è un'oasi di pace e serenità, immersa nella natura.

Geniet van de unieke sfeer in 'Oasi del Convento', een prachtig appartement in een voormalig klooster uit 1476. Gebouwd in de tijd dat Leonardi da Vinci zijn meesterwerken schilderde. Het appartement heeft een privé tuin, een eigen parkeerplaats en een zelfstandige ingang. Buiten is het heerlijk genieten bij het zwembad, in de eigen tuin of op de binnenplaats.
