Located about an hour south of ATL and only 2 miles from I-75. Come enjoy and relax in this private lakefront cottage that is only minutes from High Falls State Park and other outdoor attractions.

Newly updated 2 bed/2 bath + office, quiet home at the end of the lake - gated. Lots of trees w/ fire pit and dock in the back. Sit on the back deck and watch the Hummingbirds, deer, geese, ducks, blue herons, cardinals, chipmunks, and more. Kayak/paddle board to the little private beach area with gazebos, tennis, basketball, put-put, fishing, etc. Just off of the interstate - w/in 2 miles: CVS, gas stations, Kroger, Walmart, Theater, restaurants, nail salon, auto shop, Lowes, and Chif-fil-a

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Private access to pristine sections of the Ocmulgee River and Piedmont National Forest. Hiking, kayaking, river lounging, biking, bird watching, fishing, swimming and RELAXING. Our camp site offers all of the above. We have four primitive sites, each approximately 16’x16’ but with 20 acres of private river-front land, there are numerous spots to set up your tent for the night. As of Feb 2026, it is only PRIMITIVE camping(no restroom/power)

Ocmulgee River Timber Frame Treehouse

Welcome to our beautiful timber frame treehouse! Hand-built by local carpenter David Green, this work of art overlooks the Ocmulgee River. Our two-story dwelling has two porches, a lofted bedroom (full bed), a living area (window seat/bar/twin bed) and kitchen area (foot-powered cast iron sink, outdoor camp stove, prep area, dishes, cookware, and more). As it sits currently (Spring 2026) there is not an indoor restroom. We do have a camping style toilet (Luggable Loo) available.
