Convenient Bloomington apartment in a prime downtown location with a King bed. Great place to stay for IU events. Stay with us and walk to everything in the downtown area. It is also easy to get Ubers, Lyfts and scooters. If you would like a longer stay than what is available, don’t hesitate to inquire. Free parking is available all day Saturday and Sunday. During the week, parking is available between 6pm and 8am. There is a parking garage nearby at 7th and Walnut if needed.

This basement studio apartment is located in a Historical limestone house. There is a fully furnished kitchen for eating-in or its only a quick walk to downtown restaurants. Quick 5 minute drive to Sample Gates and 7 minute drive to Memorial Stadium on IU Campus. Bloomington's B-line walking trail one block away! The apartment is accessed through a side door with a keypad entry. There are areas with lower ceilings. If you are taller please be aware!
