It consists of a living area with sofa bed, TV, small kitchen, microwave, bedroom and bathroom with shower. It enjoys a splendid view of the Orta lake and the San Giulio Island. Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Nelle immediate vicinanze possibilità di accedere a diversi percorsi trekking ideali da fare a piedi e/o con MTB. Attracco dei battelli e barche per il giro del lago nelle immediate vicinanze. Spiaggia libera più’ frequentata a 3min di macchina. Si accettano animali di piccola/media taglia.

Le logement est situé sur la place du salon d'Orta San Giulio, donc à proximité de l'art et de la culture, de splendides vues panoramiques et des restaurants. Situé au bord du lac, donc très central, mais calme. Grâce aux trois grandes fenêtres cintrées, la vue est la meilleure que l'on puisse espérer à Orta ! Les vues, l'emplacement et l'intimité sont uniques ! Il convient aux couples, aux aventuriers solitaires et aux amis à quatre pattes. Garage privé à 200 mètres.

Sono felice di ospitarvi nel mio appartamento. È situato al terzo e quarto piano di una palazzina di recente costruzione. Si trova in una zona tranquillissima immersa nel verde e con una vista di 180º sull'incantevole lago d'Orta. Io sono Matteo e gestisco questa locazione turistica. Abito a 10 minuti di distanza e sono felice di consigliarvi mete e destinazioni dei nostri meravigliosi luoghi. E' necessario essere automuniti.
