Read a book, BBQ, or make your own s'mores in the fire pit. Perfect for a romantic weekend or a family gathering. WIFI & desk are provided in case you can't leave your work behind.

Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

Perched above the garage in true carriage house style, this well appointed studio sits in English style gardens beside a seasonal creek in Montecito. A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.

You can also take a short walk or drive through town to the nearby beach that sits right by Summerland's dog beach and family park. **Pet Fee and applicable taxes will be charged. Please message us!

Butterfly Beach Retreat

Bring your kids or 2 friends!! Walking distance to Butterfly Beach, restaurants on Coast Village Rd and Rosewood Miramar Hotel. 1 K bed and 1 Q pull out sofa, W/D in the unit and a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and toaster oven to make your stay like home. There is also a small, gated, outdoor patio/garden area and 2 bikes for your use. Check in 2pm, check out is 10am. We allow most dogs upon approval.
