This is lovingly considered as our Red Room. This spacious room has a queen bed and private bath for patrons that are interested in staying in a comfortable, quiet, and safe environment that is within two blocks of the metro bus stop and easy walking distance of two metro rail stations. Very cozy and comfortable environment where you can maintain your privacy and still be in an environment where any of your questions can be easily answered. Amenities include: Private bathroom, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Closet space, access to full kitchen, beautiful living-room w/ large screen TV and surround sound, access to iron / board, and plenty of parking. ---->By the way: This Red Room comfortably fits two people. If you have more guests just let us know. If you have more than 3 people in your party just know that we have another 2 person bedroom dubbed the Blue Room (search for it) that you might want also, so feel free to come with your friends ;). -----> We even have a treadmill for those diehards if the weather is inclement. (You'll have to fight me for it though, lol)

SEEKING APRIL-AUGUSTSEPT HOUSEGUEST/CARE arrangement, Have Full House to Yourself While I Travel, $1,000 MONTHLY. Takoma Park is one of DC's best hoods. 1 mile from Takoma Park Red Line Metro. Cafes, restaurants, yoga studios, nearby. Two rooms, one with dble bed upstairs, bathroom shared, and a single, trundle bed, that sleeps 2 (smalle)r ppl and have access to another bathroom. Rooms usually $50/night. Bedrooms don't properly lock but that has never presented a problem to any visitors.

My space is old mixed with the new. Hence,"This Old House". A small cozy home surrounded by trees which give the home a very foresty feel. Trees are in open view sight. Kids friendly, with a playground just a stone throw away. Pack- n-play is discontinued by law. Sufficient UNRESERVED private parking on the lot. 2 persons/room. One extra twin mattress is available.
