Marriot Conference Center 25 minute walk, or easy bus route. Guests must have profile information, reviews and a photo. Long term stays require an interview. Check in from 2 pm to no later than 10 pm. Checkout is 11 am. Cooking $9 nite additional cleaning fee. Smoking on deck only. COVID vax certificate required. No Pets

Less than a mile from University of Maryland/College Park campus, Discovery District, historic College Park Airport, the Northeast Branch Trail and around the corner from the Calvert Family's historic home, Riversdale House Museum.

My space is old mixed with the new. Hence,"This Old House". A small cozy home surrounded by trees which give the home a very foresty feel. Trees are in open view sight. Kids friendly, with a playground just a stone throw away. Pack- n-play is discontinued by law. Sufficient UNRESERVED private parking on the lot. 2 persons/room. One extra twin mattress is available.
