The grounds are large enough and have duty stations for giving your pooches a quick walk, and there's a split large dog/small dog park within walking distance, just up the road. Moor your boat or PWC on our bulkhead during your stay.

Magnolia Cottage: Cozy efficiency on 3-acres

Charming efficiency apartment located on three-acre property... Feels like the country, but close to The Woodlands, Magnolia, Conroe, and Spring. Watch the deer in the yard and enjoy the quiet, wooded area! The apartment is attached to the garage, but not to the main house. The apartment has one bed plus a full kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs is a shared game room. Very flexible space. Home is nice and quiet, but still close to conveniences. Due to allergies, we do not accept animals.
