Supers contents de notre séjour chez Susan qui est hyper serviable et aux petits soins avec ses hôtes. Le logement est très bien équipé, on n'a manqué de rien et Susan répondait très vite si on avait besoin de quelque chose. Pour l'emplacement, je pense qu'on aurait pu tout faire à pied pour aller dans le centre mais avec un enfant je recommande de prendre la voiture.Attention les parking abordables sont peu nombreux et les autres , très chers ! Si jamais vous voulez loger au calme, je recommande plutôt l'appartement du dernier étage car le sol "craque " pas mal quand on est au 1er :) on a quand même très bien dormi je le précise. Merci pour tout Susan!

Great spot for solo traveler or traveling duo! Convenient to lots of walkable spots. Easy parking. This place really isn’t for the tall of stature, but that’s spelled out fairly clearly in the listing. Very cozy!

This place was the perfect home base for my family during our trip to Portland! We felt right at home, and Haley & Diane were incredibly kind and responsive when we had questions. We loved exploring Evergreen Cemetery right across the street, and it’s a quick 8 minute drive to downtown. We hope to stay here again during our next visit to Portland!

Clean place, responsive host, and easy to get around the city. The listing is exactly as shown and on the top of the building - just to keep in mind. The kitchen was well stocked and the nook area for the couch is adjacent. Not tons of space outside of the bedrooms. it was a bit warmer when we were here and the bedrooms did get warm as the AC unit is only in the kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were lots of amenities, which made it easy to get comfortable quickly. Very spacious and clean - thank you!

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

Had a blast at Williams place- we overlooked the water which was so nice to wake up to. 10/10 recommend and would come back again

We had an excellent experience in this lovely home. The house was well stocked with everything we could need; it was comfortable and clean and truly exceeded all expectations. Above and beyond down to the last detail. So grateful for our wonderful stay!

My stay was very comfortable. The property was well kept and updated. The beds and furniture were were in perfect condition. Both the house and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would visit again!

The home was very welcoming and accommodating for our family of 5. The views were spectacular at sunrise, sunset and during the snowstorm. Bald Eagles and hawks would land in the trees right in front of the house. Also, there was a skating pond down the street my family love to visit almost each evening. There was an alarm going off as soon as we arrived, Debbi was incredibly fast responding and sending someone to check it out clear it up. On the plus someone came and plowed the driveway after the snowstorm it was great. She left a basket of local food and my family ate it up. We are so thankful for our relaxing week and would love to return.

We loved our stay. The apartment was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. It had everything you need to cook meals and having the washer and dryer was a bonus especially when hiking. There was even laundry detergent. I would definitely stay here again. It was about 30 minutes to Acadia National Park. Bar Harbor had so many restaurants and shops. Loved the coffee shop Flexit Cafe in Ellsworth. Amazing breakfast sandwiches.

The house and views are excellent, you can sit on the back deck or outside area and just gaze out at the view, see Bald Eagles fly over every day, even saw one grab a fish from the water. Very clean and well appointed with the essentials like detergents for laundry and dishwasher, garbage bags, slat, pepper and other cooking basics, foil and cling wrap, beach chairs. Overall I can say it is a very nice house, very clean. The location is 20 - 25 minutes from Bar Harbor and maybe 20 min to Acadia. We didn't mind this at all. We ate lobster at 5 different places, if you want the absolute best Lobster rolls go to the Travilin Lobster, there is one in Trenton and one in Bar Harbor, by far the best lobster roll. Oh, and probably as important as the house being very clean, the beds were very comfortable.

What a great location for a quiet stay in Portland! It’s 5 minutes by car to the Old Port and easily walkable/runnable to the Back Cove Trail and even to downtown Portland itself. The condo is lovely and just as described. My family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 3 and 7) was very comfortable during our 3-night stay. Lastly, Colin was responsive and a great host.

Lovely, clean apartment with a terrific location! We highly recommend and hope to return soon--maybe even for Pumpkinfest again next year. Thank you especially for the extra blankets, that was such a kind gesture.

Dave was a very responsive host and his property was exactly what he described. The location was very good to visit downtown Portland. At last, we loved the bakery right in front!

It was a perfect sunny weekend where we spent most of our weekend on Munjoy hill enjoying the restaurants and shops! We walked everywhere and enjoyed the peace and views at Jeffreys place. We were upset we could not extend our stay and take advantage of the late check out that Maggie offered! Easy in and out of the condo! One of our favorite stays in our favorite part of Portland!

We rented the condo for Reggaefest weekend as a Christmas gift for our kids. We were able to check in at noon and then check out at noon and leave our cars parked a little late. This was great as we had skied full days and were up late, so it was nice to sleep in a bit and be able to walk back up to the village before leaving. We had an absolutely fabulous weekend made better by the fact that we could easily go back and forth between the condo and the village and skiing.

Nice, large spacious house in a great location! Very close to Portland attractions, grocery store, restaurants, beach etc… The house itself was nicely decorated with lots of amenities and was very family friendly and comfortable. The kitchen was missing a few minor tools and accessories that would have helped, but overall, it was still workable. I would definitely rent this house again and would recommend it to future visitors.

Great location, easy ski in/ski out access, and the hot tub is lovely! A great lower cost option for a larger group if you don't mind twin beds/room sharing. Becky is very detailed and helpful.
