L’espace de vie décloisonné a une nouvelle cuisine conçue de façon architecturale, salle à manger, espace salon et Bureau avec des proportions gracieuses avec un balcon Juliette qui donne sur un jardin communautaire délicieux. La chambre est spacieuse et s’ouvre sur un jardin de terrasse privée sur le toit. La salle de bain est généreuse et a une baignoire luxueusement profonde.
