This upmarket, executive property has easy motorway access and is perfect for commuters working in the North West. Furnished to a high standard, the bungalow is located in a quiet, residential area of Runcorn with local shops within walking distance and the main railway station a 5 minute drive. Parking is available directly in front of the property. The bungalow is also a 15 minute drive to Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport and 25 minutes to Manchester Airport.

The Holt Bolt Hole

We have a lovely house in the countryside in Cheshire. Our Airbnb is The Bolthole.This is separated from the main house via an internal locking door. For you is a front door with key safe, lounge, comfy sofas, tv, log burner, 2 double bedrooms one with a tv, and bathroom with shower. Kitchen area with airfryer,kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge the only thing we don’t have is a kitchen sink but we wash up for you! Workspace and guest wifi access available. Outdoor seating available. :-) x

Welcome to our annexe! Situated in our back garden (with its own private entrance) , our cosy annex was completed in 2021 to a high standard. The annex comprises of double bedroom, bathroom, living area (that can be converted into a separate sleeping area) and a well equipped kitchenette. Located centrally within Chapelford, there is a pub (serving food), supermarket, chemist, park and train station (with direct trains to Manchester and Liverpool) all within a 3 minute walk.

Close to Arley Hall and Gardens, home of Peaky Blinders ,and the market town of Knutsford and Tatton Park, known for its annual flower show and various other events. The village of Stockton Heath with its shops,bars and restaurants is only 2 miles away. Within walking distance are 2 pubs and a hotel.

The Sunflower Annexe

Our beautifully decorated annexe is completely self-contained with its own front door, luxury kingsize bed, en-suite, small FreeSat TV and mini kitchen including hob, microwave and fridge. There is also access via patio doors to our large garden. Please note that babies are welcome, please bring your own travel cot. Free on street parking is available on a very wide, quiet road.
