We live downstairs (separate entrances) so it’s not always silent but it’s generally a really quiet area with the occasional crow of our rooster or hens clucking. There is a full size bed in the bedroom and a queen bed in an alcove off the living area. Small kitchen to cook and in, also feel free to use our bbq if the weather calls for it!
