It’s a quick drive to WSU games or UI and one of our favorite spots to go as a family, the Arboretum! Our 1920's era cottage sits on a gentle tree covered slope, just a few steps down from the street, making the yard feel very private and secluded. We have pictures of this house dating back to approximately 1917 it was the farmhouse of 160 acre homestead just on the edge of Moscow Idaho. Our 8 acres are bordered by the University of Idaho Arboretum , have a good view, nice sunsets . We have one horse and one mule and five chickens. The South Fork of the Palouse river runs through our property. But you can jump across it. The City bicycle park is across the street. Dog is ok.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It is located 2 miles from downtown Moscow on 7 acres with pine trees and fruit trees in a country setting. This studio apartment with a lower floor private entrance is an all in one cheerful room with an equipped compact kitchen, a double sized Murphy bed, a masonry stove fireplace, a loveseat and a colorfully tiled shower. Jim and Caroline built this home with their own hands.

This charming studio apartment is in a perfect location between the university and downtown. Walking to shops, restaurants and class are a breeze. The unit is on the second floor and includes and bathroom and kitchenette so it will have everything you might need. If you need to stretch out, there is a full kitchen, living room and rooftop patio on the third floor that are shared spaces.
