Front Street Loft Apartment

An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

Route 60 Getaway

Route 60 Getaway is at 5226 N St Rt 60 NW, McConnelsville. Located along State Route 60, 2 miles north of McConnelsville. It is located above our families landscaping business. It is not in a secluded area (due to businesses nearby) however, you will not be disturbed!! You will find it fully furnished, & ready for a pleasant "home away from home"! There is currently a guest in the apartment below the house. However you will not be disturbed and their are no shared spaces outside!

Rosedale Timber Lodge

Rosedale Timber Lodge is the perfect quiet retreat. Nestled in the hills of Guernsey County, with no neighbors in sight, you can truly kick back and enjoy nature. Completely restored recently, this lodge is beautifull inside and out with timber framing, a custom kitchen, stone fireplace, fishing pond, volleyball court, wiffleball diamond, and game room in the basement. We also offer 3 full RV hookups! After your stay, you will leave here more relaxed and refreshed than ever!

The Cottage on Laurel Ridge

Families and groups will find this cottage to be the perfect place for a getaway. The cottage is located just 15 minutes from historic Marietta and is centrally located to many activities within Washington County. Enjoy the cozy indoor space in this 1938 home featuring an archway, original door hardware, and original hardwood floors. Ample outdoor space overlooking peaceful farmland is available for you to enjoy including a new deck, a fire pit area, and a large yard.

Let the best fishing stories be told at our spacious, open concept log cabin situated across the road from Wolf Run State Park. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, The Angler's Cove is the perfect catch for the family-friendly trip or a private getaway. Relax under the stars in the outdoor hot tub and make memories around the fire pit. Enjoy your coffee/tea on the front or back porch as you take in nature all around you. Covered front porch to enjoy your morning coffee and large private, shaded yard.

High speed internet and smart TV. 5 person hot tub! Originally a Lodge for a Boy Scout Camp in the 1930s, the Cottage is a wonderful destination for those seeking a quiet country retreat. Located near Stockport, there is direct access to the Muskingum River via a short walking trail. Fishing (with license) permitted at one of the best spots on the River. There are over 2 miles of maintained hiking trails on the property
