Douglas Park, 15 minute walk to the ocean. 20 minutes from. downtown Victoria Bright 2 bedroom ground-level with private entrance, French doors leading to a private patio area and HUGE shared back yard. In-suite laundry, full bathroom, dishwasher, Includes, basic cable and WiFi. The kitchen is set up with everything you need to cook a meal and enjoy it on the patio while listening to the birds. Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

A beautiful studio and patio with its own private entrance. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.

Our three private guest suites are accessed from a common library, landing, stairwell, and foyer. You will most likely meet other guests and us in these common areas.
