Come and enjoy our Cozy Mountain Studio in the Snow Blaze building. It is conveniently located in downtown Winter Park Colorado, at US 40 and Vasquez. Our condo is walking distance to shops and restaurants, and is on the free bus route. Pick up for the mountain is in front of our building. It is perfect for the adventure travelers who enjoys the outdoors, but want all of the conveniences of home. Our condo is clean and comfortable. It is an older building, with a great location.

You'll feel right at home at the hearth of this updated condo. You'll be on the slopes in 2 bus stops with pickup just outside. On Main Street, across from Cooper Creek and the Rendezvous Event Center, the town awaits. Host family style feasts with the fully equipped kitchen and dine up to nine. "The Laundry Room" is a brand new studio hosted by Park Residences in a space that literally used to be a utility room since all the way back in the 50's and is now a completely remodeled studio with brand new walls, pipes, appliances, heaters, everything you can think of. We offer free high speed internet, coffee, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime Video for our guests to enjoy. Please note that there is a rental unit on the second floor

Studio~Ski Granby/Winter Park. Pool/Hot Tubs

This 2nd floor studio is located at the Inn at Silvercreek in Granby Ranch. It is 495 sq ft. Inside the studio has been updated and is stylish and cozy. The resort offers many amenities including pool, hot tubs, an arcade, a gym and even a barber shop. The location is about 5 min from the Granby Ski area, 20 min to Grand Lake and 30 min to either RMNP or Winter Park. There is a free “Lift” shuttle to Winter Park during the ski season.

You're steps from terrific shops, bars, and restaurants. Right outside the condo is the free bus stop to world-class skiing at Winter Park. It is a 3-minute bus ride and frequents every 15 minutes in the winter. Free covered parking is included on a first-come basis. All new kitchen appliances installed in February 2024! Note: There's no A/C in the unit, but there is an evaporative cooler to help keep the unit cool in summer.
