Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country farmhouse. Located in southeast Iowa, a short distance from Hwy218/27 on a hard surface county road. There are no steps to enter the first floor, and you can bring your dog as we are pet friendly! Large parking area, with a garage. Enjoy the fire pit and/or the abundant shade trees. Fully equipped kitchen and barbeque grill, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, are yours to use and enjoy.

Charming Modern 1950s Mid-Century Ranch

Enjoy a nostalgic experience at this centrally located home that was built in 1954. My wife and I have furnished it with a touch of modern mid century charm. There is ample parking in front of the house and we are across the street from Hy-Vee grocery. At the opposite end of the house in what was the original garage is my one chair salon called Headlines. It has a separate entrance and please be assured that you will not be disturbed by the business activity. We look forward to your visit!

Appartment has outside deck great for viewing the annual West Point Sweet Corn Festival the second weekend of August. This appartment has a spacious kitchen and living room. Built in 1900 and renovated in 2022, Suite 2 shows little signs of the once quirky old space. Completely private, with all the amenities, it boasts a spacious bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a desk for workspace, and a laundry room.
