It has all the comfortable amenities you need after a day of exploring the amazing world heritage Blue Mountains area. About 10 minutes drive to the famous three sisters, main shops and restaurants of Katoomba and Leura. Easy driving distance to all the major walks and sights. The house is positioned on the western edge of the escarpment, looking directly into the Kanimbla Valley and close to climbing, hiking and canyoning. It was designed by its architect owner and offers relaxing comfort in a setting that is unique and nothing less than “spectacular”.

Rustic mountain studio

The studio is in a lovely garden setting with a 15 minute walk to the village of Blackheath. Daytime bus service is within 50 metres. It is a quiet spot apart from the the abundant birdlife (cockatoos, magpies, crimson rosellas, kookaburras) at dusk and dawn. Entrance to Blue Mountains National Park is a couple of kilometres further down the road with easy hike to Perry's Lookdown and Anvil Rock. There is a comfortable queen bed with a small kitchenette.
