Owner is a top realtor so If you are looking for property in the area she can ass! Guests said beds were to soft so we purchased firmer mattresses. Now some say to firm… we try. 😊

Cozy single room cabin w/shower bathroom and a lake view. The cabin sleeps five with one queen Sleep Number bed and one double futon with a twin bed on top, and is located in Henderson less than a mile from Lake Norfork Marina. Although the cabin does not have a kitchen, it has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and a Webber grill. It also has a flat screen TV, NEXT w/movie channels, and free Wifi. This quiet location is close to hiking, picnicking, swimming, boating, and fishing.

The Jack House is a remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath house and the perfect place to enjoy Cotter. The house is close to everything in Cotter. You will be within walking distance to the White River and the Cotter Spring. The local diner and fly shop are a block away from the Jack House. Enjoy the River Art Gallery in downtown Cotter & visit the local kayaking company for all your kayaking & canoeing needs. Our resort is quiet, relaxing, and family-oriented. There is room to park your boat. We have a no pet and no smoking policy inside the cabins.
