Great neighborhood, clean and spacious cottage. We loved it!

Enjoyed my few weeks staying here while visiting friends in Portland. Location could not be better. A few minutes walk to Natural Grocers or Safeway. A few stops on the 75 bus to Trader Joe's. Very close to the 9 bus on Powell that runs straight into downtown. Yet in a side street with a beautiful garden. In the morning you can go walk around the big trees in the nearby park, just one block away. Everything in the cabin is in good working condition, although the internet does cut out sometimes. Christine and Ellis went out of their way to help me out with receiving a package.

This spot was cute and perfect as a studio for a week in Concordia! Would stay here again.

Great hosts. One of the most unique places that I’ve stayed. Love the outdoor shower, bath, and sauna. I’d come back to Portland just to stay there again

My husband and I stayed at Dave’s place for a night before heading off to OHSU very early the next morning for a major surgery I needed done. His and his wife’s Airbnb created such a cozy, comfortable, cute and peaceful space for my husband and I to relax, the neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet, all the flowers were blooming. It was very lovely, Dave himself seemed very nice. He and his wife were working on their flower boxes when we got there, such a lovely space to be in,

Our stay was very peaceful and enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We enjoyed our stay and will plan on returning.

As always our stay was wonderful! Robynn is always so welcoming! The cottage is sparkling clean and so comfortable. We look forward to our next stay at Robynn's cozy cottage!

PROS: Very cute tiny house/studio. The unit was clean and modern with thoughtful details provided. It sits in a lovely yard/garden with a water feature and lots of places to sit; definitely enjoy some time out there! Host was very responsive. Neighborhood is unique (lots of greenery), quiet, residential. Another reviewer reported a smell in the unit (maybe coming from the pottery kiln), but I experienced no smell at all. CONS: The outlets in the sleeping loft have bright blue lights that stay on all night; bring an eye mask or something to cover them up if you want a good night's sleep. Overall, recommended.

Laura’s place was so homey and cozy that we hope we can create our own tiny home living space in the future inspired by this one. By the way, make sure to set more than one alarm in the morning—the bed is SO COMFY you may not want to get out of it! No shortage of hot water and chill vibes. 10/10 would stay again. 🫶 Thank you, Laura!

Great Tiny home, has everything you need. Full kitchen, shower, washing machine, dish washer, big refrigerator, big TV, ACs/heaters. Highly recommend to anyone. Location is good, close to highway and restaurants/grocery stores within a 10 minute drive.

Host was easy to communicate with, extremely responsive and we were able to check in early. The location was great for being able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops and there is even a park nearby!

It was my second time staying at Don’s cute ADU, and it was just as great as the first time. It’s in a great location for exploring the East side of Portland, quiet, well-designed, and easy to get to. Can’t recommend enough!

The tiny home was beautiful and cozy. My wife and I enjoyed it a lot. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful and the accommodations were perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood. Check in/out was very easy and the hosts were very responsive.

We absolutely loved our week here! Such a peaceful and thoughtfully put together place. Everything was lovely and clean, comfortable and met all our needs. Thanks for being a wonderful part of our trip!

We stayed here for over a week while starting new jobs in a new city. It was such an excellent entry into Portland life! We were able to walk to some awesome food trucks. Our dogs were able to get their daily park walk as well! We both felt very safe and secure during our stay. It has a comfy bed and a lovely little patio for an evening chat. Also, we loved that there were little noshings waiting for us upon entering the home! 10/10 would recommend it to friends and family as they come to visit.

STAY HERE!! We'd give it 10 stars if we could. This place truly felt like home. We've stayed in a lot of Airbnb's with friends and this is by far the best one. We rented one cabin and friends rented the other cabin. Allowing only two occupants per cabin is perfect. It maintains the quiet, lovely, picturesque experience these cabins offer. Cabins are pristinely maintained and very comfortable. The list of high quality amenities and items available is incredible and more than we could have imagined. Owners Libby and Craig are very friendly and nice (by chance we happened to meet Craig). Response time from Libby is immediate. The location is a great "home base" for many day hiking trails in the area along with other scenic adventures. It's also a great place to hangout and relax for the day. We'd love to stay here again. If you stay here, please treat it with respect. Libby and Craig clearly put a lot of time, love and effort into the cabins. We had a fabulous time and hope you do too!

We have stayed at Oculus House on numerous occasions over the past several years and have always been well received and have had many wonderful experiences there. The hosts provide complete privacy but remain always ready to help if called upon. Oculus House is very comfortable and has everything we need to have an enjoyable stay. We will continue to stay at Oculus House whenever we visit Portland in the future.

I come to Portland quite frequently and was still looking for the perfect "home away from home". I'll try to keep this brief but I found "the spot" _Location: Hollywood Blvd Area, 6ish blocks from public transportation, 15 min drive to the airport, walkable to grocery stores and coffee _Sleep: I'm a light sleeper and was worried about the skylights (love them, not great for sleep). If you close the bedroom door and pull the fabric blinds- pitch black- perfect. A noise machine is also provided. _Overall space: The layout is perfect, just enough of each respective "room". I love that there is a full kitchen and washer/dryer. _Amenities: I found myself on this trip saying "it would be nice if I had this". I'd then look in a couple of drawers and find said thing. This happened many times and I again was pleasantly surprised that it truly did fit the "home away from home" I've been looking for. _Hosts: Super kind/ Very responsive if you reach out. I look forward to staying again!

Great place in a beautiful neighborhood with top notch restaurants and fun cafes within walking distance. Lilly and Doug were super responsive and welcoming. I made the booking last minute and I so appreciated being able to stay at the Getaway.

Unfortunately, I booked the unit for only one night but I thought I booked it for two. Adam was understanding of my mistake and offered us another available unit. His housekeeper transferred our belongings to the new unit because my daughter and I were hiking. Thanks!
