Also , kudos to Sunita Aunty , the caretaker for maintaining the aprtment spotless clean and being so courteous and helpful in explaining all the amenities in the apartment to make the stay peaceful and hassle free. I had a wonderful stay in unaiza apartment.I came for my mothers treatment in TMH which was close to hospital,and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional hosting. The Unaiza was very proactive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure that I had everything I needed. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment.I am looking forward to book again and experience the same level of quality and service.

Karan's place is great. There's a nice view of the sea from the bedroom and the location is in the heart of Bandra (cool neighborhood a bit north of the CBD and pretty near the airport). Would definitely recommend it.

We had a very comfortable stay..the place was centrally located with restaurants and transport easily available..juhu beach was walking distance and we loved the early morning walks..I would highly recommend the place

Vinay's place was clean, organized and had pretty much everything you could possibly need. The two master bedrooms were massive, by Bombay standards. The third room was a little cramped, but perfect for someone would be staying alone. If you like cats, there are a lot of cats on the road in front of his house.

Central location for the Colaba area. The apartment is a great retreat in an otherwise hectic area. Don’t trust google maps to take you to the given location. Waterfront tower apartment building is the landmark to look for. Opposite the post office. Checkin was easy. Masqood was easy to contact and responsive. Sizzling Chinese is a great restaurant very close by.

Great place, very cozy, has all the amenities you'll need. You'll feel right at home. Overall good value for money.

I had the opportunity to stay at Sibu's accommodation for 5 days during my trip in India. Sibu made extra sure that I had no issues checking in despite my late arrival from the airport. Additionally, whenever I had any doubts about the stay, Sibu would immediately be available to help sort out my concerns. Whether it was working remotely or relaxing at home, I was incredibly comfortable with my stay and the hospitality provided. Overall, highly recommended!

No words, it's just THE BEST! Highly recommended. Piyush ji, his wife, and Dhruv are among the best hosts I've met so far. The house is incredibly well-maintained, making it feel just like home. I had an amazing 4-day stay and wished to extend it, but they had a pooja planned, so I had to leave. I'll definitely be back!
