Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible walks and picturesque local towns. Catley is a walkers/cyclists paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. The Apple Tallet, cosy barn with a great view

A converted barn, recently refurbished, it is located to the back of our home but in no way connected. Perfect location for a guest going to a wedding at Bredenbury Court or Crumpleberry. (10 mins drive to either) We have outdoor seating at the front of the Apple Tallet to enjoy a cuppa in the morning. We have parking for 2 cars only. An early check in (12/12:30) can be added at a £20 cost. Please contact for more information. Unfortunately, no late check outs available.
