✨It is a small and cozy 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony that is conveniently located near everything, making it easy to plan your visit. (Broadway Shows, Times Square, Central Park, Bryant Park, DeWitt Clinton Park, and Hudson River Park) I designed the entire decor and currently live here, but when I travel, I love hosting amazing people. I hope you enjoy my place as much as I do, especially enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning during summer, autumn, and spring.

It has a large living room and 2 bathrooms, providing plenty of space, small workstations, good energy, plants, and light. There are no places like this in the area!
