This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home traditionally gets booked for photo shoots but we also have it available for overnight/week stays. 4 x Bedrooms (all with BIR's), 3 x Living areas (all with smart TV's and Foxtel). Ensuite with enormous double bath and double shower, main bathroom is fitted out with walk in shower and an additional powder room for guests convenience. Kitchen includes 2 x Bosch ovens, Bar, Butlers Pantry, nespresso machine. Fully air-conditioned/heating throughout the home.

Cosy, humble and clean interior perfect for families on a budget. Offering affordable accommodation in a great central position. Short distance to Murrumbeena station and world class Chadstone shopping centre is only 5 minutes away. Easy access Monash University or Brighton beach by nearby bus. Updated light filled apartment in quiet residential street. Super convenient location to shops, cafe and parks. This unit is free standing, and is privately tucked away at the rear of our home. Public transport including tram, train and bus a short walk away. We are located just one train stop to Caulfiled Monash University, and a short bus ride to bus interchanges at Chadstone Shopping Centre and Oakleigh. Parking is freely available on the street with no time restrictions in place.
