Second time staying here and would still highly recommend it. The king sized bed is a nice upgrade from the queen bed last time. Kimberly’s place is always squeaky clean and quiet. We appreciate the snacks that were left out for us. We are looking forward to staying here again.

I had my family visit we stayed here because having 6 family members staying in my 2 bedroom apartment wasn’t gonna work out! Walking distance to restaurants and groceries!

Excellent condo! The layout is beautiful in person and it has everything you need. The beds are high quality and you will have a great night’s rest! There are many great restaurants within walking distance. Sally was an excellent host and made sure we were comfortable. We would definitely visit again!

I enjoyed my stay at this place. Being my very first time in the US and in Davenport, Amanda's place offered me a safe and peaceful place to stay. The spaces were kept clean, warm and welcoming. I was able to walk around and learn the surroundings. I also met Amanda's dad twice and we had a chat-wonderful person. I would choose this again if I needed and will my colleagues about it.

My only regret about staying here is that I didn't stay longer. As a night shift worker it's not always easy to find a place this peaceful during the daytime but this was one of them. The unit itself was also perfectly appointed and updated. There was nothing I wished I had, it was all there. The bathroom towels extremely plush. Access to washer and dryer was very efficient. The host was gracious and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family.

I’m a local to Iowa City, and needed extra space for visiting family. Julie’s home was perfect and so walkable—my family was so impressed by the space, and Deluxe Pastries down the road! Thank you so much to Julie for being so proactive to make sure we were settled in.

Renae made it easy to enjoy our trip to Davenport for our alumni event. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy what Davenport has to offer.

Fantastic hosts! Very communicative. Great little spot for a weekend trip to Iowa city.

We found a couple broken utensils and let him know, he was apprentice of us telling him so he could replace for future guests. He was very responsive and friendly. Always love dog friendly places so we can travel with our "kid!" Nick's place was spacious but cozy and we had a great time just hanging out as a family, playing games and celebrating the holidays over a long weekend!

This was a sweet little house in a lovely tree filled residential neighborhood. The host was near-by but not intrusive. Our first airbnb experience was very positive.

Stayed at Alex’s house again but this time for a lot longer. Alex is a great host. Very responsive when needed. Love the house. Gives off the feeling of being at home. Of course our Shar-Peis loved the backyard. Hope to stay here again when we head back to Moline.

James’ place was clean and cozy. It was cold and snowy when we stayed, but the back yard looked amazing. It was wonderful for our trip to Cedar Rapids.

Had a basketball tournament at FunCity Courts. Fantastic home, fantastic host. If we come to Burlington again, this will be the first house we look for!

This place was amazing! Our first thought was, we're moving in permanently. This cottage had everything and it was all easy to find. Very comfortable, including the beds, and easy to find. Annie was fabulous and very easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

This was my 2nd stay at Stacey's place. The apartment is clean, quiet and very comfortable. The neighbors are friendly. I would definitely stay again!

This place was awesome! It was very clean and well maintained. Came to Iowa because my daughter goes to school here and we were celebrating her birthday and mom's weekend. The location was perfect for what we needed. Parking is across the street. Only recommendation for garage is more lighting. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a cute little condo in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to shopping and University facilities to make it a good place to stay
