Within 5 miles of the Croton Dam, Hardy Dam, Newaygo State Park, and the Dragon Trailhead.

Riverbend Ranch is a place to rest and reset. A place where you can find adventure for the outdoor enthusiasts and peacefulness for those who seek tranquility. Deer run through these ravines and salmon swim through the river bend, come see all the wildlife! Enjoy soaking in the hot tub and spending time with those you love on the ranch! Please note we do have a rental agreement to sign. This is to ensure a wonderful stay for you as our delighted guest and for others that come after you!

Nestled in a small cove on a big lake, this charming lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge and includes an 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and dock from May through October (weather permitting). It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

It's a short 15 min drive to either the excitement of Silver Lake Sand Dunes, or a relaxing stroll in downtown Pentwater. Enjoy smores by fire, while experiencing our beautiful sunsets. The property is spread over 2 large lots that offer expansive views of Lake Wabasis and a sandy beach. Plus a backyard completely surrounded by woods with a vernal pond that provides extreme privacy and access to nature.
