The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Omalla pihalla ja terassilla varustettu piharakennus sijaitsee maaseutumaisella alueella Kymijoen varressa, Siikakosken kauniissa maisemissa. Alakerrassa on pieni, mutta hyvin varusteltu keittiö sekä pieni kylpyhuone/wc. Autopaikka on oven edessä. Kesäaikana vierailla on pääsy majoittajan rannalle, josta on uintimahdollisuus.

For an authentic Finnish sauna experience, enjoy the traditional lakeside wood-fired sauna with its gentle heat. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The cabin accommodates up to 4 people. (In 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.)

Pieni ja tunnelmallinen koti sijaitsee Lappeenrannan kauneimmaksi valitulla kadulla, vain 900 m päässä keskustasta ja 600 m päässä rautatieasemasta. Omakotitalo tarjoaa rentouttavan ja helpon yöpymisen maksimissaan kolmelle hengelle. Alakerrasssa on 100 cm leveä sänky yhdelle ja parvella 160 cm leveä sänky kahdelle. Käytettävissänne on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja puulla lämpiävä pihasauna. Pihalla on kaksi ilmaista autopaikkaa.
