The whole property is private for our guests, not any parts are shared. Total peace and quiet surrounds you and on the other hand only 5 min drive will take you to the sea where you can find numerous restaurants bars and shops. Maison Laurel, stone luxury villa near Split

Few centuries old stone villa located in a picturesque village Gata, on mountain Mosor. Sea is few km away, so it is possible to enjoy both mountain and beach. House is newly renovated, and because of COVID-19, has not been booked before season 2021. In front of the house, there is big yard with private pool, all gated. The outdoor area offers deck chairs, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining area with barbecue. Owner doesn't live on the property.
