A clean and well presented Airbnb with lots of space for a large group of guests. The bedrooms were well presented and the bathrooms were all modern and clean too. The kids loved the theatre room, the teenage retreat and the barn. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a fabulous stay at Sailors Falls Estate! Margaret and Robert were so helpful and the villa was very comfortable. We found the nearby Daylesford attractions easy to get to but also enjoyed relaxing at the villa with a lovely wine from the cellar door!

Elsa’s beautiful shack in Mt. Egerton gave my wife and me the most wonderful four-night stay. It’s well-insulated and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi is available, but it’s easy to disconnect and enjoy the tranquility. Set on farmland, we loved visits from her two gorgeous horses. The air is fresh, the nights peaceful, and Ballarat and Daylesford are an easy drive for day trips or supplies. Elsa was a friendly, reliable host who always responded promptly to any queries. My wife and I highly recommend Elsa’s shack to anyone considering a stay.

Everything was perfect. Could not have asked for more as everything you need is provided. Lovely spot for a getaway with friends. Kylie is a fabulous host.

We had a great time staying at this property. The house is very spacious and with 8 adults we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Home was clean and as described. Straight drive into Ballarat and only 10mins to the CBD.

Had the most amazing weekend away for our wedding anniversary. A quiet location, very private. Perfect for sitting on the verandah with a glass of wine watching the birds and horses . Less than 10mins into town it’s close enough to everything you need but with wonderful quiet vibes of the countryside. Great cottage, very spacious and well thought out . Everything you need is provided, even delicious hot chocolate and marshmallows. Would recommend

I had a lovely stay at this unique and cozy converted shed! It was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing break. The wood-fired heater added a warm, rustic charm, and the games like table tennis and foosball made the stay even more fun. The beds were comfortable, and the extra sleeping options would be great for families with kids. Being able to explore the surrounding paddocks was a peaceful bonus. A great little getaway spot—definitely not your average shed!
